This is a white decal or transfer version of the Evolve Fish.  The image can be attached to any smooth surface. When the backing is removed the image alone remains.

The Evolve Fish is a parody of the Ichthys.  The emblem consists of a fish with legs clutching a spanner or wrench and the word Evolve inside. It is intended as a symbol of the theory of evolution as opposed to creationism.   

Note : this is a decal for attachment to the exterior of a car or other smooth surface.
